1. Testing Plan: Create a testing plan to manage the systems through QA standards. Include a testing plan for each part of the new service you’ve identified, such as, scheduling, invoicing, and reporting. For each part identified, include in your testing plan an action to be tested, along with an expected outcome.
2.  Implementation Plan: Indicate whether you will use parallel, direct, phased, or pilot changeover strategies. Explain your reasoning. For Implementation recommendations, refer to section 11.9, “Installation,” in Ch. 11 of Systems Analysis and Design.
3. Training Plan: Indicate what a training plan would include for affected employees, such as appointment setters, technicians, management, and the parts department. Include a plan for all employees (or specific departments) affected by the new system implementation.

1. Summary: Explain your overall approach to analyzing and addressing the needs of the new Appliance Warehouse Service Department. How did you ensure you met the implementation, integration, and maintenance needs of the new Appliance Warehouse Service Department business case?
2. Work Breakdown Structure (WBS): Design a WBS for the project of planning and implementing the new Service Department. Identify each task needed in order to implement the new Services Department. Include duration times. Refer to the Week 2 Discussion.
3. System Maintenance Plan: Include measures to implement corrective, adaptive, perfective, and preventive maintenance. Include recommendation to maintain the system either using in-house resources or to outsources it. Include pros and cons of both maintenance types.
4. Security Risks: Identify and explain potential security risks for the Service Department business case. Consider physical, network,application, file, user, and procedural types of security risks. Include the backup system method to be used.

The automated system that your company acquired from an external developer has been a year in development and there are many outstanding issues with the application during acceptance testing. Pressure from the organization is such that the system has to be accepted now with defects as your company's business is at risk in the marketplace without the system. In addition, the requirements of the business model have changed while the project timeline has slipped, and the business did not go back to the developer to add the new requirements due to cost and schedule impact. 

You are now tasked with maintaining the system, discuss how you would address known issues and how you prepare for any unknown issues yet to be revealed. How do you prioritize the issues? What additional changes can you expect to occur during the maintenance of the systems?
