Reflect on how the leadership introduced/announced the change and the reason for the change.

Prepare an infographic using Microsoft PowerPoint, Publisher, Word, or sites such as Glogster or PiktoChart that you will share with the class and that covers the following: Remember to have all of these points in your graphic and remember to use an organization you have enough information about the organization to do future week assignments. Start by introducing the assignment and giving a brief description about what the organization does. Then explain the following points.

  • Identify the type of change.
  • Explain how the change was communicated.
  • Identify which leaders were involved in the communication.
  • Identify the change model (if possible).- You may not be able to identify this but the first three point you should be able to explain and have documentation to back it up. Use a medium that you are used to using- keep the presentation straightforward and simple.
